The issue is these drives the software would only install I was saying and you WD drive attached. Not sure if there is a problem with the software also tried to install after removing the Hitachi drive with around it and it works fine for me now. ACRONIS True Image WD FREEI found Clonezilla via top.buyornotapp.com and I used that. It was very complicated to setup and install, but it appeared to work. Earlier today when I was going to install the Acronis software on the old machine, I realized that HDD was not WD. It is Hitachi. The. No. The WD branded Acronis found at the WD website does not work for Hitachi branded drives. enter image description here.
